Request a refund

One week after completing the final payment and handing in their project, users can request a refund if they are unhappy with the outcome, as long as they can provide clear and appropriate justification. If Wordune finds the refund reasons acceptable, all project contributions will be removed/ flushed, and the invoice amount will be refunded.
