Request a refund
Clients who are not satisfied with the results of a project may request a refund during the project’s progress or within one [1] week of making the final payment and receiving the completed project. However, they must provide a clear and convincing justification for the refund. If Wordune accepts the justification, we will refund all payments made toward the project and cancel the invoice.
Note
Refunds are processed within two [2] days and will appear in the bank account one [1] week after approval.
