Request a refund
Clients who are not satisfied with the results of a project may request a refund during the project’s progress or within one [1] week of making the final payment and receiving the completed project. All refund requests must include a clear and compelling justification. If Wordune approves the request, we will refund all payments made toward the project and cancel the corresponding invoice.
Refunds via Bank Transfer
Refunds are processed within two [2] business days. The refunded amount will typically appear in the client's bank account one [1] week after approval.
Refunds via PayPal
Once we review and approve your request, you may initiate the refund directly through PayPal. Please note that we do not charge any fees for processing refunds; however, PayPal may deduct their commission from the refunded amount. You can learn more about PayPal’s refund policy here.
Important Considerations
- The refund amount will be determined based on the progress of work completed.
- Therefore, you may be eligible for a Full or Partial refund.
